Audrey Haworth is a seasoned professional in the toy, game, and children’s products industry, with over 25 years of experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, and operations. She has held a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Product Safety and Compliance, Vice President of Operations, and Managers of Merchandising, Buying, Inventory, and Customer Service.
With a degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, Audrey has built a versatile career working with generational toy companies, small businesses, inventors, and start-ups in niche markets. Her accomplishments include developing compliance and testing protocols, advising product development teams, managing recalls, and leading initiatives to reduce plastics in packaging while sourcing sustainable materials. Most recently, she served as the technical lead on three new ASTM standards in the Sporting Goods category.
